90-Day Test Drive
The extended trial period (“Test Drive”) is 90 (ninety) days and applies exclusively to premium Royal Inspiration, Royal Estate Plush, Royal Estate, Grether & Wells Rose Imperial , Grether & Wells Noble, Grether & Wells Gris Imperial models.
This period is valid only if the mattress is used with two protective covers purchased from Askona, ensuring full protection of the product against dirt and liquid penetration.
The extended trial period applies provided that all labels and the original packaging are retained. The mattress must be clean and free from any visible stains, dirt, or damage.
During this period, the customer shall have the right to exchange the purchased mattress for another model that better suits their individual preferences.
In case of exchange:
- if the price of the new mattress is lower, the difference shall be refunded to the customer;
- if the price of the new mattress is higher, the customer shall pay the difference.
Alternatively, the customer may use the price difference towards the purchase of other goods or sleep accessories that enhance comfort.
A repeat visit for mattress exchange is subject to an additional charge of 100 (one hundred) euros.
