Payment in the bank

Prepayment can be made through the Internet Bank or in the bank itself. The invoice will be prepared and sent to you at your specified e-mail address. Responsibility for the protection of the data during payment lies on the bank itself, since all monetary transactions are carried out in the Internet banking system. Delivery of the goods will be made only when the entire amount of money indicated in the invoice is credited to the bank account of "Dealrose Ltd". After receiving the goods, you will be given an invoice confirming the receipt of the goods.

  • On Saturdays by prior arrangement with the sales manager! In this case, payment for the goods must be made by the bank transfer. The money must be on the "Dealrose Ltd" account until Friday.
  • Receipt of goods in our warehouse is for free.

If the payment for the order is scheduled upon receipt, please pick up the order within 10 days from the moment of its preparation or notify if you plan to pick up the goods later.

In case the order has not been recalled and we have no information on extending the shelf life of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the reserved goods to the free sale.

If your order is no longer relevant for any reason and you want to cancel it, let us know about your decision. This will help us to determine more accurately the current stock supplies and not to create unnecessary savings, as well as to, perhaps, deliver the goods faster to another buyer. You can send us an e-mail, call us, send an SMS, or perhaps a letter in the mail - as you like!

Delivery by the Askona courier service in Cyprus

In Cyprus we will deliver the order by our courier or, in case of a large load, we will contact one of our friendly courier services for help. Standard delivery time is the same day or the next working day. As much as possible, we try to find a more accurate delivery time within 2-3 hours .

If the delivery time changes, we will contact you to arrange a different delivery time.
