A company named "Dealrose Ltd," located at Limassol Avenue, 5, P.O. 2112, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), for the purpose of promoting its products, announces a contest called ‘GIVE HEALTHY SLEEP ASKONA CONTEST’ (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest"), which will be conducted through the website askona.com.cy on the page https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/  

- Classic Active Cocos Mattress

- S8 Shiatsu-CX Pillow  

- S8 Hybrid Pillow

All permanent residents of Cyprus who have reached the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") can participate in the Contest by providing their contact information on the page https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ and making any purchase in Askona CY shops (Classic Active Cocos Mattress, S8 Shiatsu-CX Pillow and S8 Hybrid Pillow are awarded in this competition). 

3.1. Participation in the Contest for the ‘Classic Active Cocos Mattress’ prize requires sending contact details via the form available on the website https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ and purchasing goods in Askona CY stores in the amount of 500 EUR or more during the period (01.07.2024. - 28.07.2024.)

3.2. Participation in the Contest for the "S8 Shiatsu-CX Pillow" prize requires submitting contact information via the form on the website https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ and purchasing goods in Askona CY stores in the amount of 500 EUR or more during the period (01.07.2024. - 28.07.2024.)


3.3. Participation in the Contest for the “Pillow S8 Hybrid” prize requires submitting contact information via the form on the website https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ during the period (01.07.2024. - 28.07.2024.)

Employees of the Organizer, as well as their spouses and second-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest will run from 1 July 2024, 00:30 to 28 July 2024, 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration").

Anyone interested in participating in the Contest can do so by completing the following actions:

(a - for the ‘Classic Active Cocos Mattress’ gift) Visit the https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ page and leave your contact details (Name, Phone Number and Email) and make any purchase in Askona Cyprus Store for an amount of 500 EUR or more during the contest duration period.

(b - for the ‘S8 Shiatsu-CX Pillow’ gift ) Visit the https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ page and leave your contact details (Name, Phone Number and Email) and make any purchase in Askona Cyprus Store for an amount of 500 EUR or more during the contest duration period.

(с - for the ‘Pillow S8 Hybrid’ gift ) Visit the https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ page and leave your contact details (Name, Phone Number and Email) during the contest duration period.

By following the above procedure and complying with the conditions of Rule 14, the application process for participation in the Contest is considered complete.

Participants are entitled to only one (1) entry in the Contest. Records maintained by the Organizer serve as conclusive evidence of participation in the Contest and the validity of participation.

After the Contest concludes, specifically on Wednesday 29 July 2024 at 13:30, a random draw will be conducted to determine the Contest Winner. The drawing will be done using a random winner generation application. During the drawing, three (3) winners (hereinafter referred to as "Winners") will be selected, who will be eligible for the Prizes in order of priority: in the event of invalid participation by a Winner, inability to contact a Winner, or a Winner's refusal or failure to receive the prize. Winners will be chosen from all "valid entries." A "valid entry" refers to any entry for participation in the Contest that, collectively, meets the following conditions:

- Submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 6 above; 

- Is not, in the Organizer's opinion, a result of illegal technical interference by a participant or a third party in the Organizer's systems or any form of fraud or dishonest intervention by a participant or a third party;

- Does not violate good manners;

- Was submitted and registered in the Organizer's systems within the Duration, as defined in condition 5 above.

The Winners will be announced on the website https://askona.com.cy/en/landing/summer-competition/ on the day of the drawing through a random winner selection application on the Contest's wall. The announcement will include the participant's name, with whom they participated in the Contest, and the last 4 digits of their email. To claim their Prize, each Winner must, within five (5) days from the announcement of the Contest, send a response email to the Organizer, specifying their name and contact phone number. In case of exceeding the aforementioned deadline, the Prizes will be delivered to the Winners or their Alternates from the Organizer's office. To receive the Prize, the Winners or Alternates must present their identification, as well as fill out and sign a special Prize receipt form.

If the specified deadlines are exceeded, the right to claim the Prize expires, and no claims can be made against the Organizer.

The Prizes to be awarded in the Contest are specific and cannot be exchanged for other goods or gifts.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of participation in the contest, its duration, the date of the drawing, or its cancellation. Any such changes will be announced to the public through the Organizer's website.

The Organizer has the right to verify the accuracy of entries and disqualify any Participant who attempts to unlawfully interfere with the participation process or whose participation does not conform to these terms. Furthermore, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the participation of any Participant at any time or prohibit their further participation at their discretion, at any time, even without warning, if they believe that their participation violates the law or is done in a dishonest, offensive manner, or contrary to fairness or good commercial ethics, Cypriot legislation, or in a manner that circumvents or attempts to circumvent its conditions in any way.

Compliance with the confidentiality and protection of the personal data of Participants is especially important to "Dealrose Ltd."

The Organizer, as the Data Processor, processes personal data voluntarily provided by participants, in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union and the current legislation of Cyprus on data protection.

The collection and processing of personal data of contestants are carried out by competent and authorized employees of the Organizer. This data is provided for participation in the contest, as well as for receiving relevant information in case of winning and, consequently, for prize retrieval. In the event of winning, the user is also asked to present their identity to claim the prize.

These terms comply with current national and EU data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union, as well as the laws and decisions of the Data Protection Authority. Participants grant the Organizer the right to publish their name for advertising purposes on any medium and in any way without any financial or other claims on their part. In addition, Participants provide their explicit consent to the Organizer to use their personal data, obtained from their participation materials, for public posting in the context of the Contest, as well as for advertising communication. The Organizer may use any method and/or medium.

Furthermore, as part of the Contest, the Organizer, acting as the Data Processor under the terms of data protection legislation, will maintain records of the personal data of Participants and Winners, which will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Contest and for advertising communication by the Organizer in relation to the Contest by any means and/or methods.

Each Participant and Winner has the right to information, access, and the right to object to the processing of their data in accordance with the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation. These rights can be exercised by sending a registered letter to the Organizer at 5 Limassol Avenue, P.O. 2112, Nicosia, Cyprus, or by sending the relevant message by email to askonacyprus@askonasleep.com. The Organizer is designated as the controller in accordance with the requirements of this law.

The processing of contact data will also be conducted for advertising activities, including but not limited to, information about the products and services provided by the Organizer to the Participants.

Applicable Law - Jurisdiction: These terms are governed and supplemented by Cypriot legislation, and any disputes related to the Contest are resolved by the competent courts of Cyprus.
