The contest is held in Cyprus.

All individuals who are permanent residents of Cyprus and who have fulfilled the special participation conditions outlined in these Rules are eligible to participate and claim prizes.

To participate in the prize draw and be eligible to claim prizes, participants must complete the steps outlined in the following paragraphs.

From November 1, 2025 to November 28, 2025.
The start date of the contest is the day from which participants may begin fulfilling the participation requirements.

The end date of the contest coincides with the date on which the winners are announced.

• 3rd place - Exp Hybrid Pillow

Any individual who is a permanent resident of Cyprus and who makes a purchase and completes the application form on the website www.askona.com.cy by 27 November 2025 is eligible to participate in the contest.

• To participate in the prize draw for 1st place, you must make a purchase of at least €715 and fill out the form on the website.
• To participate in the prize draw for the 2nd place, you need to make a purchase of at least €135 and fill out the form on the website.
• Anyone can try their luck at winning the 3rd prize – simply fill out the form on the website, no purchase necessary.

All valid entries that meet the established conditions are eligible to participate in the draw.

The chances of winning a prize are proportional to the total number of valid entries received during the contest period.

Only applications that are accompanied by a purchase will be eligible to participate in the prize draw for 1st and 2nd place. Only one application per delivery address will be accepted — if several purchases were made from one address, they will be considered as part of a single application.

For 3rd place, all you need to do is submit your application without making a purchase.

Participants shall not incur any additional costs, except for possible delivery costs for the prize, if it is selected after the draw. Delivery costs shall be agreed upon individually. The winner may also collect the prize in person from the organiser's premises.

The purchase and entry form must be submitted no later than November 27, 2025 (inclusive).

The prize draw will take place on November 28, 2025, online using a random selection program (randomizer).

The prize draw will determine three (3) winners, who will receive prizes in accordance with Paragraph 4 of these Rules.
Only valid entries submitted within the specified period and meeting all requirements will participate in the draw.

The winners will be announced on November 28, 2025, on the organizer's official website and on the Askona Cyprus Instagram account.

In addition, the organizer will contact the winners within five (5) business days after the prize draw via the telephone number or email address provided in the application.

The winners’ details will be partially concealed (only the name and the last four characters of the email address will be displayed).

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days or refuses to accept the prize, the right to receive the prize shall pass to the next participant determined during the draw.

The winner may collect the prize at the organiser's premises or, by agreement, have it delivered. To receive the prize, the winner must present proof of identity and sign a prize receipt form.
Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced with cash equivalents.

Prizes can be claimed until December 15, 2025.

Complaints regarding the contest may be submitted in writing until December 20, 2025, via email to [email protected].

Complaints will be reviewed and a response will be provided within 5 business days upon being received.

Employees of Dealrose Ltd, as well as their spouses, children, parents and immediate family members up to the second degree of kinship, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
If such persons are found to have participated, the prize will not be awarded.
