Μετά τον Covid ο ύπνος μου έχει πάρει την κάτω βόλτα που λένε. Η θεραπεία με μελατονίνη δεν βοηθάει και τόσο. Ένας φίλος μου έδωσε αυτά τα γυαλιά. Να δοκιμάσω αν θα βοηθήσουν ή όχι. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα καθημερινών συνεδριών, κοιμήθηκα όλη τη νύχτα για πρώτη φορά. Και γενικά, άρχισα να ξυπνάω λιγότερο συχνά και να νιώθω καλύτερα. Αγόρασα τα ίδια για μένα, γιατί ήξερα σίγουρα ότι κάνουν καλά τη δουλειά τους.

Αγοράσαμε τέτοια για τη μαμά μου. Η μαμά έγινε πιο καλόκαρδη. Συνήθως τον χειμώνα είναι στα κάτω της και γκρινιάζει, φέτος είναι λίγο πολύ θετική, χαμογελάει. Άρχισε το τραγούδι και τα διαδικτυακά μαθήματα. Πρέπει να μου τα δανείσει για τις εξετάσεις της κόρης μου)

Εξαιρετικά γυαλιά. Είμαι ευγνώμων στον σύμβουλο στο κατάστημα που μας επέστησε την προσοχή. Φυσικά, δεν τα αγοράσαμε αμέσως. Διαβάσαμε και μελετήσαμε τα χαρακτηριστικά. Βοηθούν πραγματικά στη βελτίωση του ύπνου και στην ανακούφιση της χρόνιας κόπωσης. Ελαφρύ σαν τα συνηθισμένα ποτήρια, μπορείτε εύκολα να το πάρετε μαζί σας σε ένα ταξίδι. Η προσαρμοφή στη διαφορά ώρας μαζί τους είναι πιο εύκολη.

Τα έδωσα στον γιο μου που είναι φοιτητής  κατά τη διάρκεια των εξετάσεων. Στην αρχή αρνήθηκε και μετά είπε ότι έγινε λιγότερο νευρικός, και περισσότερο υπομονετικός και επιμελής και άρχισε να απομνημονεύει καλύτερα το υλικό. Και λέει ότι γενικά νιώθει πιο ήρεμος και ξεκούραστος, δεν αγχώνεται τόσο ούτε κατά τη διάρκεια της ίδιας της εξέτασης.
